We’re currently on the lookout for a  Customer Experience Rep / Booking Agent to add to our Home Office team.  If you want in on the excitement, keep reading!

The Customer Experience Rep / Booking Agent’s principal responsibility is to handle incoming and outgoing calls, responding to inquiries, and booking events. This role will play a key role in responding to all calls quickly and energetically, with the ultimate goal of turning every call into a booking at Laser Quest!

You LOVE to have FUN through your amazing personality and are looking to demonstrate your exemplary customer service skills!  If you would describe yourself as someone who has strong communication skills and who is an active listener, then we want to hear from you.  If you are able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, we’re even more interested.  A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and data entry experience are interesting to us.  Bonus points if you thrive on challenge and love a fast paced environment!
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work flexible shifts during the week as business needs dictate
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Experience in a call centre is an asset
