We’re currently on the lookout for a Brand Ambassador to add to our Inside Sales Team at our Head Office located by the Toronto Airport.  If you want in on the excitement, keep reading!

THE ROLE – BRAND AMBASSADOR (Part-Time 15-20 hours / week)
At Laser Quest, we don’t believe in providing our Customers with “average experiences”.  We believe in extraordinary ones, and that requires us to have above average Employees. The Brand Ambassador’s principal responsibility is to connect with customers by making outgoing calls, encouraging them to try our game for FREE, documenting conversations, and establishing how Laser Quest can meet their needs.  This position will play a key role in reaching out to potential new customers with enthusiasm in a fast-paced, team setting.

ABOUT YOU
You LOVE to have FUN through your amazing personality and are looking to demonstrate your exemplary customer service skills!  If you would describe yourself as someone who has strong communication skills and who is an active listener, then we want to hear from you.  If you are able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, we’re even more interested.  A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and data entry experience are interesting to us.  Bonus points if you thrive on challenge and love a fast paced environment!
 
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SUCCEED?
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
 
Experience in making outbound calls an asset
 
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
 
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
 
Ability to work flexible shifts during the week as business needs dictate
 
Proficient in relevant computer applications
