As a Laser Quest Salaried Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and Manager with the complete operation of the Centre. You will participate in the training and development of Laser Quest Crew, while providing strong leadership in customer service and fun!
From providing motivation and a productive atmosphere as a team leader for the Crew, to communicating Centre business needs and goals, to accepting bookings within Company guidelines, to ensuring all equipment is maintained and in good working order, there’s never a dull moment! You are in charge of FUN, and will learn to provide exceptional customer service through behaviour that supports Laser Quest’s mission and vision.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. 
1-3 years of experience in the retail, hospitality or entertainment industry, with preferably at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
This role requires continuous standing/walking, listening for and monitoring marshal calls, speaking in front of large groups, standing for long periods of time in a dim light, loud, fog filled multi-level arena.
